Join us for Skydive The World Dinner, and experience an array of interesting dishes from around the world.
This year, we’re doing things a little differently.
The dinner has evolved from a formal sit-down meal into a more inclusive and flexible experience that lets everyone mingle, eat, and celebrate together.
You can still dress up, sit with your friends and enjoy a great night out — we’ve simply changed how the food is served to make the evening more relaxed and enjoyable for all.
Head to the Theatre to select your meal – make sure you have your meal ticket.
Choose your food options on the night – no need to pre-book.

There is no seating plan / designated tables – seat yourself anywhere in the dinner hall.
We recommend checking out the menu below ahead of time, but there will also be menus and signage available on the night.

Towards the end of the evening, legendary skydiving band Winging It will be performing their set, followed by some great DJ tunes to take us into the night. The evening’s entertainment is open to all Expo guests, creating the perfect atmosphere to celebrate with friends and the wider skydiving community. Dinner guests can enjoy it as part of their evening, but everyone is welcome to join the fun!

Kabob Koobideh
– grilled lamb skewer with couscous (DF)
Beef Rendang with Coconut Rice
– Indonesian slow-cooked beef in coconut & spices with rice (GF, DF)
Grilled Chicken / Chickpea Flatbread
– choice of grilled chicken or chickpeas with mint yogurt in flatbread (V)
Chicken Bites
– with a gochujang sauce
Japanese Okonomiyaki Bites
– cabbage pancake bites with okonomi sauce & Japanese mayo (V, DF)
Patatas Bravas & Salsa Verde

How it all works
Pre-purchased tickets can be collected from the British Skydiving stand at the EMCC reception lobby on Friday 30th or Saturday 31st. Bring your booking name and email address to collect your tickets.
Please keep your tickets safe as lost tickets cannot be replaced.
Ticket Collection
Collect your dinner tickets from our stand in the EMCC reception lobby on Friday or Saturday by providing your name and email address.
Dinner Service
Multiple food stations will be available to minimize queues, with hotel staff directing traffic to ensure a smooth experience.
Meal Selection
Present your ticket to hotel staff to receive your meal. You can try a variety of options, but note this is not a buffet – one pass only.
Dietary Options
We’ve arranged catering for a wide range of dietary requirements to ensure all attendees can enjoy the dinner experience.
Seating Arrangements
There is no seating plan – sit wherever there’s a spare chair. Skydivers are friendly, so you may make new acquaintances!
Evening Entertainment
Legendary skydiving band Winging It will perform, followed by DJ music to take us into the night for a complete evening of entertainment.
Venue Location
Dinner will be held in the exhibition hall where the stands were stationed earlier in the day, creating a familiar and comfortable venue.
